Here’s our simple step-by-step guide to building procurement:

Step 1
Once you have chosen a site for your new building, contact Portakabin Allspace to discuss your plans.

Step 2
We’ll arrange an initial meeting to gain a full understanding of your requirements and recommend the size and type of building to best fulfil your needs.

Step 3
We’ll draw up detailed plans for the new building. Once agreed, these plans will be submitted for your planning permission application.

Step 4
Once planning permission is granted, we will provide a complete turnkey package to complete your building, including full project management and groundworks.

Step 5
Your building is manufactured in our factory as groundworks at your site begin – reducing project time and minimising  on-site disruption. Your building is then delivered to site for rapid installation.

Step 6
Your building is checked by Building Control for compliance with the Building Regulations. Services such as water and electricity are then connected.

Step 7
You move in to your new building. Portakabin Allspace will provide ongoing support, advice or assistance whenever you need it.
