Requirement:
World-leading car-hire company Hertz needed to find high-quality accommodation for its car-returns office when the company's operation was moved to a new, long-term site at Dublin Airport.

Solution:
Hertz Projects Manager Gerry Mullery, says: “We wanted to find office accommodation that projected the best-possible image of our company, so a top-of-the range building was essential. We had used Portakabin Allspace buildings before, so we gave them our specifications and asked them to recommend a building that met all of our requirements.”

Portakabin Allspace recommended a spacious Titan building – the largest single relocatable building in Europe. Its robust construction, versatile and spacious interior and pleasing external appearance were just what Hertz was looking for.

Hertz was able to tailor the building to its requirements, specifying the precise positioning of doors and windows to meet the needs of the car-returns team. Allspace was even able to supply the building in Hertz's corporate colours. Inside, the building was configured to include an open-plan customer area with a large L-shaped desk, and separate offices for administration staff.

With major redevelopment work going on at Dublin Airport, it was essential that the building was delivered on the scheduled date. As promised, Portakabin Allspace delivered on time and installed the building on site, before fitting it out to Hertz's specifications.

We have even been able to fix our stand-alone lettering to the outside, which finishes the building off in style. "
