Founded in 1928, this famous football club has produced many Irish international footballers. With growing demand putting pressure on the club's existing facilities which were built in the 1930s, new high-quality accommodation was urgently needed to house a main hall, an administration office and a player treatment room.

Solution:
Club Chairman, John Lyons, says: “Portakabin Allspace was recommended to us by a local school principal who had used its buildings. We were very impressed by the total package offered by Portakabin Allspace, which included the design of the buildings, all siteworks and installation. The fixed-price contract also meant there were no hidden extras. An alternative traditional building that we had priced up would have been more than double the cost of the Portakabin Allspace solution.”

The club chose a high-specification Ultima building from the range of products offered by Portakabin Allspace. The club was impressed by the exceptional quality of the building and the flexibility it offered for future expansion or relocation, if required. 

An L-shaped Ultima building, providing more than 300m² of accommodation, was designed by Allspace to meet the club's specifications and the demands of the site. It features a reception office, a 190m² main hall, a treatment room, a meeting room and a store, as well as male, female and disabled persons' toilets. The ceiling height of 2.8 metres provides a spacious and airy interior. The building is also fitted with a climate-control system to create a comfortable environment all year round – even when large numbers of people are using the hall.

The building was delivered on the agreed date and installed professionally by the Portakabin Allspace team. It blends in well with the site and has a permanent appearance, thanks to the quality of finish achieved by the on-site team.
