Modular construction: How it’s done

No other building method can beat modular construction for speed and flexibility. Our products use factory-assembled steel modules linked side-by-side or end-to-end to construct single or multi-storey buildings. Partition walls are used to create an unlimited range of internal layouts, from open-plan areas to combinations of individual rooms.

1. Individual modules are lowered into position by crane.
2. As many modules as you need can be added to create the required floor area.
3. This creates a single, open-plan building. Internal layouts can then be created to your specifications using partition walls, plumbing and fittings.
4. Up to three additional storeys can be added to create as much space as you need.
