Modular construction involves manufacturing your building in a controlled factory environment. Before it is delivered to you, your building is fully fitted with all electrics, plumbing, heating, doors, windows and internal finishes. This improves quality and reduces programme times, meaning minimal disruption to your organisation during installation and a faster return on investment.

- Individual modules are lowered into position by crane.
- As many modules as you require can be added to create the required floor area.
- This creates a single, open-plan building. Internal layouts can then be created to your specifications using partition walls, plumbing and fittings.
